New Era for SixtyFour New York

SixtyFour Music has recently restructured their New York team, marking a new chapter for the award winning creative music agency.

While still providing quality original composition and music supervision services, this team will bring more focus to strategy, finding innovative ways for music and sound to serve brands while also championing composers and artists, especially from underrepresented groups.

Tamara Credle has been appointed Head of Music Strategy. Credle has had a close relationship with music her whole life. Always with the mission of seeking out the best and the most unique in sound, she officially began her career in music at the age of 16 by founding and managing the first record label for her Center for Performing Arts School. She continued her music business studies in Nashville, TN at MTSU and international music business overseas at the Popakademie in Mannheim, Germany.

Her career and work experience spans various areas of the music industry including record labels, artist management and development, new business/startups, live events/touring, and publishing before stepping into the sync world. The most rigorous being under the tutelage of serial entrepreneur Mark Montgomery and Nashville’s business and startup accelerator community. She trained and performed small to enterprise level branding, marketing, & strategy for VCs, CEOs, and startups across the US.

After being heralded for her taste, continuously consulted for references, and ability to translate edits, Credle saw an opportunity, as a Black and Queer woman, to dive into co-producing commercial music internationally. She then oversaw a host of freelance music supervision and production projects before joining the team at SixtyFour Music. A transplant from Music City USA to Brooklyn, New York, you can find her in record shops, DJing parties, and scouring house shows and underground showcases all over NYC to find the next best in music.

Jennifer Fife has been appointed Senior Producer and Music Supervisor. Alongside fellow Senior Music Supervisor Julianne Wilson, Fife will oversee original music, music supervision and sonic branding projects for SixtyFour’s New York office. Before joining SixtyFour, Fife was Senior Producer and Program Manager at Antfood, where she served the music and sonic branding needs of clients such as Starbucks, YouTube, PayPal and CBS.

A native Texan, Jennifer studied classical music and flute performance before moving to NYC to earn a Masters in Music Business from NYU. Jennifer spent 7 years working alongside Liz Penta at Emcee Artist Management on behalf of jazz legends Medeski Martin & Wood, Marc Ribot, Nels Cline and Jenny Scheinman and Americana darlings The Wood Brothers before moving into music production.

Armed with a deep love for the experimental side of all genres, an obsession with modular synthesis, and years of professional experience in classical, jazz and Americana music, Jennifer brings a well-rounded and unique approach to curating and developing music and sound for brands.

Julianne Wilson has been appointed Senior Producer and Music Supervisor. With a decade of music supervision, on set, and post production experience, Wilson has provided music and sound solutions for hundreds of clients including Planned Parenthood, Google, Pinterest, Nike, Tik Tok, The Red Cross, The Democratic Committee, Lincoln, Coach, and a number of independent filmmakers. Over the course of her career, she's had the pleasure of working with acclaimed artists including U.S. Girls, Wye Oak, Emile Mosseri, The Album Leaf, Dan Romer, Photay, Madison McFerrin, Tank and the Bangas, Rapsody, Sylvan Esso, and Gabriel Garzón Montano. Wilson holds dual degrees in Film and Media studies / Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University, and a masters degree in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee Valencia in Spain. During her time in Valencia last year, Wilson served as label manager for Berklee College of Music's label, Disrupción Records, as her thesis project.

Carolina Lage has been appointed Assistant Producer and Audio Engineer. Lage started her music journey majoring in Contemporary Music in Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Ecuador. Her adventurous personality led her to switch countries during the pandemic, transferring to Elon University in North Carolina, where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S in Music Production and Audio Engineering, and a B.A in Piano Performance. During her time at Elon, she interned in the A&R department at Concord Music, and she was also the Co-Director of hospitality of the Leading Women in Audio Conference.

Lage brings a fresh, new and innovative perspective to the SixtyFour team, where she supports her peers with all ongoing projects, helps with any audio engineering needs, and oversees projects involving Latin American music.

Sophie Henry has been appointed Catalog/A&R Assistant Manager on the Music Strategy team. A Texas native, Henry received a B.S. in Music Industry Studies from Loyola University New Orleans where she was opened up to the world of professional music, all while getting to experience and learn about every aspect of the industry.

Her music career journey has led her to gaining experience in music publishing, live music, music supervision and talent buying. While working at Della Music Publishing in New Orleans and Coupe Studios Music + Sound Design in Denver, Henry found her passion for music supervision and made the move to New York City. She is so excited to join SixtyFour and the Music Strategy team!
